E53 x5 frame width

Hello all, diving into a project but was wondering if anyone has the frame measurements inside the engine bay inside to inside of the rails. TIA

X5chemist will become famous soon enough
Does anyone have engineering plans? The diagrams would show the exact dimensions.

Are the frame rails straight through the engine length? With the fan and shroud out, a measurement can be taken.

There is more than enough room for an LS, the BMW V8's are much larger. There are several LS swapped E53's out there and some are pretty quick, there is a boosted one running high 12's in the 1/4 mile

Anyone know the distance between the motor mount studs? Have brackets from my e90 ls swap and wondering if they can be used for the e53.
