Rear seat trim removal and replacement

Any tips and tricks for removing this seat belt trim piece from the rear seat? Mine is broken, and while I have a replacement piece, I don’t want to screw something up taking the seat apart.

I assume the carpeted backer from the back of the seat needs to come off amd while it’s off, maybe I can fix my center seatbelt, which is locked and won’t come out. I have an eBay belt to swap in, but I don’t see how the carpeted backer comes off.

Thanks all.

Thanks Andrew. The PM wouldn’t load either for some reason, but I found it as well with a better search. For some reason I was looking right through it.

The plastic trim piece is an easy removal it turns out. But the carpeted rear seat cover (back of the seats) is an ugly job, if I’m reading it correctly.
