Window Reg guide clip weld hack

Hi all,
Can someone advise on what the window reg guide clip JB Weld hack is, please(maybe a pic of it)?!? I have slider and clip issues and have door panel apart to fix. I can see that retaining hand, to keep metal cable and barrel in slider is broke, so that needs fixin, along with the clip. Gonna try to make it a close-to-permanent fix and read about the JB Weld hack that peeps have done(sounds interesting)! Any help/guidance would be appreciated! Thanks

I used eBay plastic clips.
They are inexpensive.
I posted the details (vendor of the clip) in this forum.
