New sparkplugs, non of the old really bad looking tbh. Left chain tensioner changed. Old one not to bad but not very smooth anymore. Unfortunately no influence on my rough idle. Car still shaking. Engine drops in rpm and then over compensates a bit. Seems quite random. Will pull the trailer again next week so can check if the engine codes come back. |

Right bank chain tensioner: Does anybody know if it can be changed easily. Seems it's very close to the chassis and it does need to come out quite a distance. I roughly have half the length of it before I touch the chassis. But it is at an angle so maybe? Didn't have the time to experiment so left it for now.....

The early n62 had a bag batch of eccentric shafts and the symptom is horrible cold idle.
Iirc you can unplug the VT motors to get it to work with the backup m throttle body as a test and also to get it to warm up. –awr– Using Tapatalk VIP on iPhone
