I would. Mine is a different brand but it’s unused my e53 was deer killed before I had a chance toto change the bushings which I also have.

I have two rear bushings to install. OEM ones are still holding up. I may have to replace them by 200k miles. It's at 171k now. The current hmmmmmm is driving me nuts. I'm going to order rear bearings to have them ready for Spring installation. The only other major maintenance item is a new fuel pump. I plan to buy it in January.
