Might be worth changing the caliper guides and guide pins.
 And the manual says do NOT lube these - they should be fitted "dry". *edit* - sorry, just re-read your original post - already changed these. Hmm...

Strange situation I resolved couple months ago. Squeak got louder and louder...thought for sure it was major! Got the courage to inspect.
Get this! Turns out that the dust shield is held on to the hub with 4 - 5 10mm screws. One of the screws backed itself out and was making constant contact with the rotor... I'll take it! Sent from my TMRV075G using Tapatalk
