Lost roads?

So I just had the dealer do the V26 nav update (I know, I'm behind the times a little) on my '03 X5 and I've lost a TON of roads and alleyways and pretty essentail thoroughfares that I had before.

Is that normal?!? Please let me know how (or if) I can get them back!!

i wouldn't think by upgrading the software, u would
lose roads. i thought the roads/maps came from the
DVD, not the software. maybe they put an older
dvd map into ur system.
