Anyone trade their X5 for 530xi wagon?
My parents are considering selling our 2001 3.0i, due to the fact that my father now gets a company car (Ford). So I thought he could get an Explorer for our SUV needs (towing) and pick up the 530xi wagon for general utility. Just wanted to know if anyone has driven it for an extended period and their thoughts on it.

I used to drive an Explorer (1999 Eddie Bauer 4x4) it was a really nice car I must say, no BMW but its a good car for what it is, I'm seriously considering trading my X5 in for an Escalade (2007) I test drove it yesterday and was beyond impressed

I have a 3.0 x5 and had it infor trans service(of course) and they gave me a brand new 530 xi to drive. I would buy one or trade up. It was awesome

damn they have that to test drive now ?. i wanna go test drive it just to see how it is. i just got my '06 x5 3.0i like a couple weeks a go i love it but when the MVP got the escalade during the superbowl i was amazed by how nice it looked....
