BMW Lies

Hey guys,

As i've said before I am a meticulous car detailer and so today was no different.Today I decided to clean under the hood and noticed a long line of red paint discoloration , I followed it until it stopped. It turns out it runs the length of the right hand side fender! We got the Bimmer from VOB BMW in Rockville,MD about two years ago. It's a 4.4I with all the options possible on a X5. At that time it had 30+KM and it cost $47,000 to bring it home.They sold it to us as certified!The upgrades I have done to it since is the full 4.6 kit including the shoes with 20's and the CAI.

Here lies the problem. The salesman LIED to us. One of our first questions to him was what was the history of the car. His reply was that the car was never in any type of an accident,"Super clean" to quote his exact words.Today after noticing the discoloration I went directly to the computer and to Carfax website. It turns out that the car was involved in a crash in DC.only a couple of months prior to our purchase. Am astounded why would a BMW dealer sell a car as certified if it was involved in an accident,and then LIE about it? I am a big BIMMER fan but this one has to be one of the biggest STUNTS ever!.

My question to all you guys what are my options? And what would you guys do about this situation?
