Hello,.. I just retrofitted a 16:9 navigation unit into my ride.
They gave me a retrofit cable that did the trick.
On this cable there's a lead coming off that is identified as AUX connector in the BMW manual. I was wondering whether I can jack my ipod into that,.. will that work.

I drive an E46 though...

You need to buy the AUX kit from BMW, then you can connect your ipod into this AUX jack in your glove box.

It also depends on the year of your radio module. Only radio modules from 2003 and newer support BMW Aux Input
