Auto transmission problem
Hi all, my x have a problem that it is very hard to switch the nob to 'D' from 'R', I have to push the nob a little bit toward passenger side, and then I can switch to 'D'. I visited BMWHK for this problem, they told me that there is a part which is connected with the nob has been attrited needed to be changed. It cost me more than HK$5000 (US$700) for the part and more than HK$2000 (US$260) for labor. Do you guys know what the problem is? Can I fix it by myself? Any input will be much appreciated!
