I washed/dried my key today =(

I am very disapointed in myself for leaving my key with my laundry.. I always loose my key because I don't drive my X5 much so I leave the key by itself.. I washed my clothes then dried it after that I found my key in the dryer and thought it wouldn't work but it did...
