Hi Guys
Yes the bill is £11,000 GBP and that doesn't include the costs for the bus shelter. The X was in the body shop for a month. I've had a complete breakdown of the bill from the dealer and it looks reasonable. I needed new suspension, steering track, panels, axle and lots more. My insurance company (Direct Line) approved the repair without question. They sent their own engineer to check the quote first and approved everything. I have to say they've been great. I made one phone call after the accident and that's it. Everything sorted. No paper work to complete or anything. The majority of damage was caused by hitting the curb and concreted planter. Here's the original post for those that missed it. http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...ghlight=gutted
