Foglights

I want to change my foglights to match as closely as possible to my xenons. I found these http://autowerks.com/xcart/customer/...cat=316&page=1 and was wondering if they were worth it. I have an 01' 3.0 and don't know the type of bulb I need. 9006, 9005, H1, H3, H7, H11, H4. If anyone could help, thanks.

Hi;

I recently upgraded my fogs to the BavAuto 85w bulbs and installed chrome inserts (http://store.yahoo.com/trucktoys4les...-trim-bmw.html) that snap onto the standard black rings surrounding the bulbs. It looks great.

Keep in mind, I own a 4.6 black sapphire on black. So, I replaced the titanium vertical slats with black slats and kept the chrome kidney rings. This coupled with the chrome inserts really kicked it up a notch.

I like it. I know! Guess I need to show pictures. BavAuto, after intense greuling, informed me that the X wuod be fine with the higher wattage and I wouldn't harm or melt anything. So far, so good. They're a real good match with the Zenons.

Hope this helps you. Next, a big set of balls underneath the X (www.bullsballs.com). Tacky? Yes! But remember, this is a 4.6 beast! Right?

But if I'm not mistaken isn't that for X5's 03' +?

haha yeah those look good too, but that's not my question. I'm wondering what type bulb I need to get in order match it with the regular low beam xenon.
