Damn! My first parking lot bumper scuff...

Right rear outside corner of the bumper, down to the black. That's what I get for paid parking. The white paint (FedEx or the Hughes Supply delivering to the coffee shop build out downstairs) wiped off. Any chance I could track down the culprit via the paint?

Touch up paint or take it to a shop? About an inch long by 3/8 inch. Waaaah!

I wouldn't worry about it too much; it's only noticable to you cuz you know it's there......I got my first scuff 4 days after getting the car, so you can imagine how peeved I was, but almost everyone I know didn't even notice it. You can check langka, as recommended by Kevin (PNG). I was going to order this, but decided not to. Chances are I'll probably get more dings, dents and scuffs from my fellow LA drivers, so I'm not going to worry about it until it starts becoming really noticable (knock on wood). The stealer told me to take it to a shop and have them spray paint it; it's suppose to look better than just using touch up paint. As far as tracking the culprit down, good luck; don't know how easy that is considering no serious crime was committed (I've been watching too much CSI).

Thanks for the link. I may see if the dealer has touch up paint as well. I'm in the recovery stage now.

I got a rock chip on the windshield 15 minutes after I left the dealership. Pissed me off. At least I can swap the windshield though.

I feel your pain.
