How do I know if I have the Premium Package?
I have just purchased a mint condition '01 3.0 Non-sport and I absolutely love it. It has the rain sensor, headlight washers, sunroof, the light wood (poplar I think), heated seats, and dual climate, power driver and passenger seats, etc. It has the black trim around the windows and black door handles. From what I've seen, all non-sport '01 3.0s have the black door handles and trim but I read where someone said that if you have the black window trim, then you don't have the Premium Package, is this true? I just want to know for sure. Thanks guys.

minus the bluetooth and the panorama cause those were implemented recently

I think the only Xs with black window trim is sport packages. Even the non premiums have the chrome window trim

Your local BMW service dept will be able to tell you exactly what you have, based on your VIN #.
I say you do have the Premium, being that you have the sunroof, because in order to have the sunroof, it requires the Premium Package.

And BMW Assist and Dakota leather. Pre MY03 have Montana leather.
