Service Engine Soon light... had this thing for 1 month.

Is whatever is causing this light going to be covered by my "CPO" " Warranty".

What is a typical cause for this light... sensor? 02?

There are many things that can trigger this to come on. One of the more common ones is not putting the gas cap on securely. Many times it's not a serious issue. You can pick up an OBD-2 scanner and check the codes yourself (and even reset it), you can go to a local Pep-Boys type of place and many will check the codes for free, or you can make an appointment at the dealer and have them run their diagnostics. I would ask them first if the CPO warranty covers this diagnostic work.

if its a Service Engine Light, its most likely a powertrain problem (most likely engine), which is usually covered usder CPO.
