Buyin 2004 X5 4.8is Thoughts

I am heading over to the dealer in the morning to buy a 2004 X5 4.8is with 18,000 miles fully loaded, Blue and a clean Carfax with one owner. I contacted the original dealer and had them check the VIN to check with any outstanding issues or recalls and all is fine. Purchase price of $53,000. Thoughts please!
