Bluetooth Bavarian Soundwerks Anyone?

Anyone installed this Bluetooth system. They say it will work for my 2004 4.8 and function with my system for $698.00.

Call Martin

Hey John,
Your best bet for bluetooth is BimmerNav. http://www.bimmernav.com/BMW_Bluetot...formation.html

The owner is Martin, he is a nice honest man. It is about $560 and a easy DIY project.
You want to make sure the cell phone you have is compatiable and the bluetooth works with your address book.

Check cell phone menu for "connections". It will display a Bluetooth option if compatible.

check out the "BMW assist unavailable" thread by Statdoc - a TCU replacement may give you bluetooth. sounds as if it would be free if replaced under warrantee. I wonder how much it would cost as a retrofit? At least it would give you a cost comparison.
