I haven't heard of any updates to the rear wiper system. Is the problem you are having with the motor mechanism or the wiper itself. If it's the wiper then your best bet is to probably replace both the blade and the blade holder. Jeff (p.s. - you did get the nav DVD disk, didn't you?)

Yes I got the DVD. Thanks. The new DVD base Nav works great, Much faster than the old one. The rear wiper does not wiper very good. The motor mechanism works fine just does not claen very good, kind of like skips alot. I thought I read some where that BMW has a new heavier whole arm system for the X5, but not sure. I also just picked up my daughter a 99 328i today. Been looking for 3 months and found one in downtown Chicago. Black on Black, Sport package, Heated seats, and a 5speed with 75,000 miles one owner. Great shape, and better yet a great price. Her 16th birthday is Friday March 11, not sure if I can keep it, a serect, from her till than. |
