Usually for about $30 you can register with your state online and get access to a database that will provide you address of plates that you type in. Its public information, you just have to register for the online service.

After a month owning this baby, I think the only missing part is a nice set of 20" rims, please let me know what do you guys think??

First time I have seen an X5 with moustache e90 grills. Did you get those on ebay?
