Strange Noise

On my '06 X5 4.8 w/ air suspension there has recently been a loud pop when I make sharp left turns or have the air suspension on the lowest setting and go over a bump. It sounds like it is coming from the left front, but I can't be 100% on this. Any known faults with the air suspension or is this a minor issue?

Sounds like control arms or sway links. Have the dealer check it out.

is it possible for those parts to go bad after only 6500 miles?

Or it was faulty to begin with. Couple earlier threads on this. Mine started clunking around 15K. Replaced, cured problem
