Just finished installion Invision Revolution III Video System

I have purchased Invision Headrest Revelution II. I love it. How ever one headrest will not play DVD movie. You can hear it but no picture. Head Rest DVD is the problem.

Do you know if DVD unit is the problem?

Also how can I purchase the TV tuner? It did not come with tuner?

I would be happy to hear any suggestions. They look great.
Since I have not bought from Dealer Invision might not talk to me.

You can hear sound but no picture? Is the DVD in that unit or is it in the other unit and the signal being "slaved" to the other unit? If that's the case, make sure the second unit is on the right input to accept the signal from the primary DVD player.

If the DVD is in the unit where the screen is not working...can you get anything to show up on the screen...including the onscreen menu text when adjusting contrast, etc. (to rule out a screen failure)?

Good luck in getting the tuner box. The part you need is IN1460. I have tried with a couple of dealers in my area. One finally called me back and said the part was 355.00 another car installer told me the part was 178.00 but could not get it anytime soon. Then i contacted a guy in colorado who said he could get it for 169.00 (which is a big difference from 355.00)but when i told him i was in ky he backed out. Called invision but they would not sell me the part. I Think i should just switch to another brand. Save me the time and headache

Those guys at invision do not fool around when it comes to customer service. I was contacted the next day about my problem and got it resolved quickly. I selected invision monitors because they had the best features and picture quality, now i can add outstanding customer service to the list. Thanks Lawrence.
