To get the 4.6/4.8 rear look you would need 40mm (1.6") spacers.So get the 30mm ones as they are the closest!

Dont know if you aware that with your 275/45/20 tyres ,you are 18.5mm up on your oem rolling diametre and 28mm up on the oem 20" set up!the recommended tyre is the 275/40/20.
