When you removed the seat, did you unbolt the seat belt from its mounting point on the seat?
If so, the belt might have gotten twisted if it retracted completely into the door pillar. It could be kinked. Is the seat belt latch facing in the right direction? If that's not it, the reel itself could be malfunctioning. They are not very difficult to replace, but the best thing to do is have a dealer troubleshoot it and take it from there. |

Thanks for the reply. I got it to work. It was just stretched all the way out from removing it and was tight, just pulled the height adjustment down and it released. Thanks
