Crazy Bird....

ok guys and gals, i have a slight problem. it seems there
is a bird in my neighborhood that is a few beers short of a
6 pack. the last few times i've washed the X, i noticed a
day or so later that the right front passenger door has dirt
and all all over it. i figured that maybe i was using too much
tire dressing; so, i stopped using as much. this past sunday,
i'm getting dressed and i here this thumping sound. i look out
of my window and see this bird staring at my door. he then
proceeds to jump/fly into the door. after collecting himself,
he hops back up on the curb only to do it again and again and
again. after bashing himself into the side of my X, i believe that
he then proceeds to take a crap on it. so, last night, i
decide to give the X a quick bath. all seems fine w/ the door. unfortunately, i didn't look close enough. turns out, i have a
bunch of scratches from this stupid ass bird.

any suggestions on how to remedy this issue?

the scratches aren't deep and i'm sure they'll buff out,
but the bird is sure to come back.

i thought of getting a pellet gun, but i was hoping to do
something a little more humane.

It's a punqueazz young male: many species do the posturing thing...
they see their reflection and bump and peck and crap at it.

Other than parking it somewhere else or using a car cover to "disguise" the reflection, or offing the bird, I dunno.

The scratch Xperts here should be able to help, though I think a lil'clay
bar and a layer or 2 of Zaino will do it.

My scoots, parked in the garage, get beat on all the time: Juncos wander in and peck away at the shiny parts. I was gonna use the Mossberg, but I feed the bastards at the feeders and I figured the triple ought buck would take out my sleds, too. ;>)

....Hey everybody, SPAZ here....the guy to your left....staring at you now....MDK's avatar, you nincompoop....HEY...you're ruffling my feathers.....I beat my bud MDK5623 up this am, logged on and saw this post....sounds llike you're talking about my 'ol uncle Milty, from back east....he's from my Mother's side.....need I say more?....look, Milty has this problem....It's hard to explain....rooted in some Oedipal complex....don't ask......in all reality, he, like me, has fallen in love with the X's in our lives...I know when MDK bought his Oxford Green poop collector for me, it was love after first sight....Uncle Milty has a narcissistic feather or two, like me...we like to look at ourselves in the shiny door panels of the X....Milty means no ill will, he's just enamored....oh, and after he does that repeated 'jumping' on your X....well, let's just say, it's not lunch or breakfast he's left on your X, it's love..... ....uh oh, MDK's wakeing up, gotta go pretend like he means something to me.....SPAZ out...... p.s., A word to the wise.... Milty is a foo bird....if the foo shits, wear it.....
