Buying X5 / Inspection leds.

Have been searching for the last months for a used Black X5 with beije interior and Sport Package. Coulndīt find any, so had to give up on that combo colour and decided to buy another combo which is not my favourite ...oh well canīt do nothing about it, tired of waiting . So tomorrow Iīll go to Belgium to see a X5 and if the car is in order iīll buy it. Dealer have sent me some pics and all seems fine, but there are some questions I would like to ask.
Car is a 4.4i with steptronic. Can we put manual gears on the steering or just on the gearbox lever? Hereīs a pit of the steering

To see if the car needs an inspection, when I turn on the car, what ligths should be on or off???
For instance, on this picture, what light should be on or off in the cluster pointed in white?

Can you tell me from these two pictures if the car has the DSP option?

Thanks for your help.
