Looking at a 2002 X5 3.0i

Hello all, I found this forum while doing some investigation into the X5. I found a 2002 3.0i CPO in a local BMW dealership that I am interested in. It has around 29,000 miles and they are asking $29,995. This will replace the family vehichle which is a 98 Explorer. The X5 will see aroun 10,000 or less miles a year. I'm new to the BMW experience and have seen many good and bad listings on the X5 and would like some info/feedback from anybody here.

Seems like a good deal for the miles and CPO warranty. If you like it, go for it!

Try to get a history report from the Stealer (Dealer)...look for things like, window regulators, final stage resistor, dead pixels on the obc display, and of course the other normal items one would look for when making a pre owned purchase...........Phil

Here is the link to the listing, http://www.andersonbmw.com/used_vehi...9dd97bd1f5b118. I'm going to do a carfax report as well as request the dealer to provide me a complete service report for the history of the vehicle.

Given the fact that it doesn't have the Sport package, Navigation or Xenons, I think the price is high. Do you know if it even has the Premium package?
