Not enough information. Depends on the tempt you have it set at and a number of other things so be more specific.

I set the system to 70 its not very hot out the car get COLD and still the fan does not slow down beyond half speed when set on AUTO.
Have one blue dot set on vent, car gets really cold then I override fan speed.
