Bird Crap stains

I have a black x5 and a bird left his crap on today. After wiping off the crap, the stain was still visible. I tried Turtle tar remove for clearcoat but it didn't work. Anyone suggest a product to remove bird stains from a black surface car?

Bird poop ruined my previous car paint. Nothing worked.

However, I heard scratch-x Works.

Bird droppings are very caustic and will etch your paint in a very short time. You'll likely never completely remove the scar, but you can hit it with some Meguiars Scratch-X (WalMart), then a coat of filler glaze (ditto), then a good topcoat of pure carnuaba wax. Going forward, if you find droppings on your paint, try to rinse them off as soon as possible or carry a bottle of spray detailer and a 100% cotton cloth to remove them from the paint. Never rub bird poop in trying to remove it; it contains fine-grain particles that will scratch your paint. Instead, lightly lift and remove the material from your paint with the spray detailer and the cloth. Sounds like a pain, but it beats etched paint. Good luck!

I had the same problem, did all the right treatment, warm water, tissue etc still had the stain tried everything to remove it with no luck. (Carbon Black)
I then spoke to a BMW valeter he used 3M 'finesse it', and it worked a treat got right into the lime and removed the stain completely. I use it for all my birdshit needs now!

I dont know where you are but I suggest starting with the 3M website, see if they list dealers or have an online shop.

I got mine from UK. from a trade supplier direct.

Thats a bit pricey for what it is. 3M will cost you about $15 for a litre.
