Getting the bumper scuff fixed...I did not know this, but the shop will actually be taking a color reading of my particular car's exact color (they tell me every car has a slight variation) and custum matching the Glasurit paint. They are removing and spraying the entire bumper.

I'm getting the front windows tinted 35% while it's there. Can a body shop buff the L/F headlamp lens to match the other brand new one?

First each color is different due to weather conditions and how much you wash the car. The shade of it generally changes over time.

Front windows tinted 35%, I guess to match the rear? Is your rear tinted or shaded?

The body shop should be able to buff out LIGHT scratches not DEEP ones.
