Zymol. I didn't do it, the local car detailing shop did.

I was debating whether to get the black or truffle interior as well. But another X5World member who lives nearby me was nice enough to let me come look at his car. His is Saphire Black with truffle interior. He also had the anthracite wood trim. After seeing his, I placed my order the next day. The only change I made was getting Jet Black instead of the Saphire Metallic Black.

Just a note: the truffle leather is a tiny bit darker than it looks in the photos. I think the flash from the camera makes it look a shade lighter than it really is.
