As I said, I've never done the ramp thing...if I did own them and the rear wheels were extremely chocked, I'd be willing to slide under, imo. My only wonderment is an X lifted that high on ramps, at that angle, does most of the oil drain from the pan? All the A-Os on the Corvette Forum use them and rave about them, so I suspect they are quite safe if used with std care. Those guys also rave about Rhino Ramp brand, found at lots of joints, inc. some WallyWorlds. Ya'll could been down and back to a privateer and be done by now. Jes'pokin...GL,mD

Joyride...it's just a precautionary thing to use a jack and jackstand. Even if you use the ramp, I would still put jackstand as a backup. You can never be too safe...so that you won't be caught when the jack or ramp fail (hydraulic on the jack can leak and poorly designed ramp can collapse).
