Pinging in my 4.8is
Gang,
Anybody ever have any problems with pinging on their 4.8is or other X5s? This summer my 4.8 has started pinging under light load, and switching gas hasn't seemed to work. I'm sure if I take it to the dealer they'll tell me nothing is wrong with it, so I figured I'd start here. Octane in Ohio is 93 for premium, and I've tried; Shell BP/Amoco Sunoco 93 and 94 Any thoughts?
