Please help!! Dont know whats going on!!

While driving my 2001 X5 3.0 It suddenly started to stall and turn off I let it rest for awile and it drove like nothing was wrong with it. days passed and it came back but this time it doesnt drive faster than 10 miles per hour. My buddy connected his computer and MAS Sensor came up.. I purchased the sensor and installed this morning problem did not go away?? Any info helps....

Did you clear the codes? and did you rescan to see if anything else came up?
