Weird Thing happened to my X5
I had just arrived home in my X5 and switched off the car of course. I proceeded to walk out of the car and as I was passing in front of the car I noticed like a fan-like noise...like something was still on with the car off!.

What can that be? the fan? is that normal?

UCrewX5 has disabled reputation
normal. fan is electric and is controlled by a thermostat. if coolant temp is still warm it will continue to run.

If you are concern, check it in about 10 minutes. Everything should be cool and the fan would have shut itself off. Perfectly normal.
