i havnt drove my x for a week or so and everything was fine until now i got in it all started o.k then took it to the jet wash drove a little down the road then brakes down about 3-4 miles in total
as i was driving all of a sudden eng failsafe & transfailsafe in dash board i pulled over turned ignition off and havnt been able 2 start up since
i got a mobile/mechanic 2 look at it cos bmw want £120 an hour just to find the fault but my problems are getting worse when the diagnostic on the computer tries to find out whats wrong it wont conect it displays check control module hes inspected all fuses battery fine and its looking that stealers going to have a big smile when i send it in

is there any 1 who knows what this means or what the reason for this probably is any help would be greatly appreciated

Hate to say this, but I think your best bet at this point is to have a qualified BMW mechanic look at the vehicle and diagnose the problem.

and let us know how it works out.

Let the BMW experts look at it and avoid the ones who are guessing which will cost you a lot more in the long run...
