I am well aware of the service lights, but after 100K how often should I begetting the X serviced?

As often as your checkbook allows

But seriously, look on the home page at the checklist of items performed during an inspection I and II and you will see that the majority of them you can perform yourself. For those you can't, take it either to a dealer or qualified independent mechanic and ask them to perform only those specific tasks.
