ddcha,
One thing I would recommend you research is whether or not these particular rims will handle the extra weight associated with the X5's. Some of the guys on the forum have recently attempted to fit (the sweet-looking) 6-series rims on their X5's only to find out that, while they would technically fit, they were inadequate to handle the X5 load capacity. Hope thats helpful...
