Smile Newbie Questions
My wife bought an X5 a while back and we're out of the warranty / service period on our 01 X5. I just did an oil change and was able to reset the service light. Now, I just have to figure out how to change back the temp from C to F.

I have a couple newbie questions about the X5:

1. What oil is favored? I used Mobil 1 0-40.
2. Can anyone recommend a service manual? Bentley doesn't seem to make one for the X5.
3. Who is a good online retailer for X5 parts such as brake pads, rotors, etc?
4. Any recommendations on brake pads & rotors?
