CD changer says "no magazine" help

I've searched the forums already and can't find any info on this. I've tried to pop the cd magazine out but it won't come out. I hear the mechanism making buzing noises and attempting to eject the magazine but it won't release. Suggestions please?

open the right side panel of the changer a little bit, get a screwdriver and push whatever you see from the mechanism with it ,it worked for me,happened twice.

I hit my changer on top with a disgruntled thump with my fist when it did this and out popped the magazine!
