Hoen Xeon Match Fogs

I have a 2003 X5 4.6is and want to do the Hoen bulbs for my fogs. The manual says they are H3 bulbs but I thought I read here that they are actuall H11s. Is that correct? Also, how are the Hoen bulbs? Thanks.

KM

I have an '01 and it has H3 bulbs, but I think they did change them somewhere along the way.

The Hoen bulbs are nice - whiter than the stock bulbs and look VERY close to xenon from a distance, but the closer you get to the vehicle, the more of a difference you see between them and the xenon heads. Definitely worth the money though.

I switched to Hoen H3 Fogs on my '01. (CORRECTION: Jeff switched my X to the Hoens at the DC Meet.) I loooooooove them! There is a big difference between the OEMs and the Hoens. Definitely worth the $35!

Sincerely,
Fawg Dawg
