Original Owner Protection Plan (extended warranty)

I am new to BMW. My question is if I am not the original owner. Can I still get this extended warranty. I mean if I buy a used X5 which still under manufacture warranty, can I get the extended warranty?

call your local dealer's finance department, but I think you cannot because on the website it says for "original owners"

No, but you can definitely have the dealer CPO the vehicle which is essentially the same as the Original Owner Protection Plan.
