Dinan also states you need their chip if you use their CAI, thus the (bs) 14hp claim. Dinan is overpriced because they can get away with it. You could buy any conical air filter on eBay for ~$20 (or from K&N for a few bucks more) and make your own piping out of PVC and get the results...it just wouldn't be as pretty.

Here is a picture Dinan sent me of what the CAI looks like. I was also informed you could order directly from Dinan: You can call 800-341-5480 to order products direct from Dinan

Does the Dinan system draw cold air in from the stock air inlet over the fan as well as underneath??

What does everyone do with the hose from the air pump? Has anyone just removed the airpump entirely??

I have just ordered my DINAN CAI and It is being installed on October 10th at the dealer...I will be sure to post my responses.....

Even though I am thinking about buying one, I still think the price is rediculous! This intake should cost $250!!
