I have 19,006 miles on my 2002 4.4i and my tires still look like new. I baby my X5 99.9% of the time around corners and from dead stops.

I replaced the back tires at 33k and they had about 4/32" left. I'll change the fronts this fall which will be 43k. They are over 7/32", but I want to replace them anyway. My driving is about 50% in-town and 50% highway with plenty of agressive driving. Tire pressure is key. I will buy Dimaris again.

For normal driving, with no big load in the rear, I run 33/38, tested cold. I am a believer in checking/correcting pressure regularly.

Hey guys what kind of tires are you running to get that kind of mileage??? I replaced the Diamaris which came on my 4.6 at appx. 30k. I have Yoko's on there now and I am praying they last 25k. Yoko's although they handle great usually wear thin quickly!

I have approximately 22K on my Diamaris (4.4i Sports Pkg) with plenty of tread left. I haven't measured tread depth, but I estimate I have a least another 12K before I need to change them out. I'm running 32/39 and check my tire pressures every time I wash the car, usually every 3 weeks.

I don't check my tire pressure often and drive really hard 99% of the time. I think I replaced my front tires around 36K miles... but the guy at the tire shop was asking why I wanted to replace them, since there was an ok amount of tread left. The reason was, my alignment was bad and caused more wear on the outer edge.

The rears I got replaced through an insurance claim at around 25K miles, but they still had plenty of tread.

I now have 43K miles and all the tires still look brand new. The diamaris are great and last a LONG time.
