Whistle Ongoing PDC problem

So the ongoing saga of my PDC problems, I now have INPA diagnostics which when connected revealed errors on 3 rear sensors and 1 front!! So I change the good rear to the defective front and diagnostics reveal all 4 rear sensors error.
Now I think Im getting somewhere!! I purchased and fitted 4 new sensors on the rear, plugged in the diagnostics and cleared the faults.
Put the car into reverse expecting success but no the fault is still there!! Diagnostics still showing all 4 rear sensors error.
Somebody please tell me I'm just missing something obvious!!!!
Cheers everyone
Paul

All four error means most likely a common wiring problem. The big curiosity to me is how did one work and not three.

Is there a way to test them with DMM?

Yes its strange, INPA clearly identified faults on 1 front(Left centre) and 3 rear, I swapped the left rear(the one not showing an error) with the faulty front one, diagnostics then showed all four rear in error, nothing on the front at all!! I have tried all the recommended listening to them and so forth but have never been able to identify if any are working or not, the fault is when put in reverse the beeper gives one long beep and the green light flashes. I have changed the module, the fault remains the same!!

Very good chance that all 4 sensors are no good if you went with the cheap ones.

Swap a known good sensor from the front to the rear and scan again - this will tel you if the new sensors are bad - you'll have three bad in the rear one bad in the front....

And be thankful you have a pre-facelift (from the sounds of it) where you don't need to drop the entire front bumper to access the front sensors!!

Do what wpoll suggested. Take one you can see is working and swap : put a non working one in the front where you can see if it will work in a known working location

If a dead one comes to life and the good one fails 100% it's the wiring.

Bugger...

I have an intermittent front left centre PDC sensor and had hoped I could extract the unit via the tow hook port... I've just been in the garage trying this out. Working through the left tow-hook port (cover removed) and using dental picks etc. I can release both retainer clips from the sensor, and push the sensor back, but there is insufficient clearance in the bumper foam etc. to allow the sesnor to move far enough back so you can pull it from the bumper.

Pity....

Ive been down that road too, so frustrating almost get it out!! They must have put a lot of thought into producing a front bumper where everything is totally inaccessible unless it is totally removed!! Weather permitting I shall make the changes over the weekend and see what I get.
Thanks for all your suggestions guys, I'll post results as soon as I can.
cheers
Paul
