Front Headlight Sprayer Question

Is there any way to disable this feature? I live in Florida where it doesn't snow so there is really no use for them. Also every time I need to spray the windshield the front sprayer get all over the front of the car.

If your lights aren't switched on, when you pull back on the stalk only your windshield will be washed.

Don't push the "S" button, (super spray), have lights off,
and thus the headlight spray should only come on
every so many "spray" cycles.

Huh.. NOW I finally understand why mine does that... I thought it only decided to spray the lights whenever the car was nice & washed, to annoy me as much as possible..
