Same thing happened to my 03/4.4 last year, no radio, everything else worked. My dealer replaced the NAV screen unit(don't know the correct name) and it has worked fine since.

Arrow Dealer update!

Just spoke with the dealer. Radio failed internally and is being replaced. FYI, I have the NAV.

They are also
1) changing my oil at 7,100 miles as the car has not had an oil change since new. (13 months)
2) performing a "software update"
3) adjusting auto headlight setting

These are all positive things right?

It never hurts to have the latest and greatest radio module. Glad they were able to identify the problem
