Engine Failsafe Prog

2005 4.4i

I replaced my AFE CAI airbox with the stock airbox and within 1 minute it threw the error of ENGINE FAILURE PROG and I had to limp home. Now it seems to idle fine but it still has the error and a YELLOW BRAKE light is on in my dash and the YELLOW 4x4 warning light is on.

What could I have done by just putting the stock airbox back on? Could I have goofed with that wire/harness connected to the air hose leading to the engine?

Thanks for the help!!!

UPDATE: 4x4 light and BRAKE warning lights are no longer lit.

Any ideas?
