Inner auto, no customer service.
I ordered a cv joint boot for my X5 on Tuesday and paid the 19 bucks for second day air service so I could do the DIY this weekend. When I got the tracking number it said “ups ground service”. So I will receive the part about the middle of next week.
I made 3 calls to Innerauto.
1. The guy just didn’t understand. He just kept telling me that my order was shipped.
2 .The lady told me to call ups and see if they could resolve the problem.
(UPS said the package was shipped ground -call the shipper if I paid for faster shipment.)
3.The guy understood what I was talking about and agreed that their was a mistake with the shipping. He will credit all of the shipping charges to my account.
Has anyone else had this problem with them?
